Jensen History Collection

This is a group of letters, diaries, photographs, drawings and other artifacts representing several generations of the Jensen family. The collection sheds light on Southern Alameda County history--immigration, technology, agriculture, and ranching.

Novus Atlas Sinensis (New Atlas of China)

This first European atlas of China was prepared by Jesuit Priest Father Martino Martini of the Society of Jesus and published in 1655. This unique copy is autographed by the author and colored entirely by hand.

This is a collection of early imprints form the 15th to 18th centuries. It includes books written in various foreign languages.
