By Air:
The Holiday Inn Capitol Plaza is conveniently located 11 miles southeast of the Sacramento International Airport. The hotel does not offer a free shuttle from the airport. The hotel recommends using Super Shuttle or taking a taxi. Go to more information on ground transportation.
Additionally, Yolobus provides a once an hour bus from/to the Sacramento Airport that drops passengers off near the Holiday Inn Capitol Plaza. The cost is only $2 one-way. Buses leave the airport (Route 42A) from in front of both terminals at about 22 minutes pass the hour most of the day and return to the airport (Route 42B) at about 5 to 8 minutes after the hour.
