Titled "SEAL: 20 Years of Excellent Adventures, Taking Power from the Past and Charging Ahead" and presented by Snowdy Dodson, CSU Northridge, and Sharon Shafter, University of California, Los Angeles.
Abstract: This poster session is a celebration of 20 years of SEAL-South (Science and Engineering Academic Librarians) activities (from 1982-2002). An overview of SEAL South programs and field trips will highlight just how far science libraries have come during the last twenty years. SEAL South past programs mark historical changes in libraries and will serve as the platform for SEAL's future showcasing of the power of academic libraries.
