Position open until filled, review began December 4, 2008 and will continue until position is filled.
The duties and responsibilities of this position include: providing reference service approximately 10 hours per week at a busy general reference desk, including approximately two nights and one weekend per month; conducting library instruction for classes from the departments of the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics; conducting general library outreach and instruction sessions as requested; serving as the library’s subject specialist and liaison for the above departments; and engaging in library and university governance and scholarship, including research and publication.
