The Associate Dean’s portfolio includes a strong college liaison program, an innovative peer-assisted reference program, a new foundational experience program, and growing university-wide programs in GIS and data services, open education, digital literacies and digital scholarship. The Associate Dean will work collaboratively on strategic initiatives in communications, technology, design, archives, access, and collections; and will contribute with other campus leaders to academic assessment, increasing inclusivity and diversity, creating powerful curricular and co-curricular learning experiences, and advancing the research impact and connections of Cal Poly’s teacher scholars.
