Instructor, Digital Assets Management (East Bay)

The Diablo Valley College Library Technology program is seeking an instructor to teach a new class in our program, Digital Assets Management: Tools and Techniques. The class is an introductory survey course designed to acquaint students with the world of digitization projects including the hardware, software, workflow and organization, metadata schemes, and other components of this work.

The course will require 36 hours of class time which can be a combination of face-to-face (at least 60% of class time) and online sessions. DVC’s Library Technology program is a career technical education program dedicated to training library technical assistants for careers in a wide variety of library and information centers.
