The William H. Hannon Library at Loyola Marymount University seeks an organized, user-oriented Reference Assistant to work in the Reference & Instruction Department. The Reference Assistant provides administrative support to the Reference and Instruction Department through maintenance, assessment, and scheduling of the Information Desk area; the provision of technology and research service by phone, in person, and virtually; scheduling of library instruction requests; and the supervision and coordination of student workers. We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized, flexible, adaptable individual who is able to relate well to the campus community and to the public.
