Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California, seeks an experienced library manager and leader for the position of Associate Dean of the Library. The position will be available after May 1, 2020.

Reporting to the Dean of the Library, the Associate Dean manages the business and administrative functions of the library, including budget, planning, assessment and evaluation, and organizational development. As a member of the Library Management Council, the Associate Dean works collaboratively to articulate the vision and strategic direction of the library, within the context of the university’s strategic plan, and champions the execution and implementation of the library’s Unit-Level Plan.
