Circulation Librarian, Chapman University Law Library

The Rinker Law Library at the Fowler School of Law, Chapman University is seeking a Circulation Librarian.  Reporting to the Associate Director for Library Services, this position is responsible for insuring consistently high service to library users; manages patron services, interlibrary loan, reserves, and stacks maintenance; establishes, documents, and applies library policies and procedures; trains and supervises one full-time staff member and student employees; responds to faculty requests; communicates with other departments in the Law School and the University on issues relating to security, facilities, and use of the Law Library; and maintains the Circulation module of the Integrated Library System (ILS). This position requires an M.L.S. from an ALA accredited program; significant experience in an academic library public services department, including supervisory and management experience; a strong commitment to service; and problem-solving skills.
