California Academic & Research Libraries

ALIGN (Academic Librarians' Interest Group North) focuses on topics and issues of interest to Northern California CARL members, especially current and evolving reference and collection issues, along with topics such as digital initiatives, diversity, instruction, library spaces, scholarly communication, and technical services.

ALIGN also regularly hosts tours of the special collections of libraries and archives throughout the greater Bay Area and beyond.
